Right to Revoke The artists are private individuals who are not subject to the legal regulations of the right to revoke. 6. Orders and Acceptance of an Order Inquiries and orders can be sent by mail (address in the masthead), Email (energetikerin@web.de) or fax (+49 89 1301 2999). Your order will be processed and then an acknowledgement of the order will be provided which states the salesprice including postage, packaging, handling, VAT and any transport insurance. When your order confirmation is signed and returned to us by fax, scanning or e-mail, then your order will be sent to you. 7. Prices and Delivery Costs The prices listed on the website do not include packaging and delivery. These vary and can be enquired about separately. 8. Paintings and Works of Art The pictures shown here are photographs of the originals. Provided measurements are approximate measurements. According to our information all paintings and works of art are handpainted or made by hand. Slight variations of the pictures from the original are possible and due to digitalization probable. 9. Picture Frames For pictures which "include frames", these are usually "used" frames, which could have slight flaws and may partially have been reworked. 10. Shipping and Transport Damages The artist is responsible for the shipping of respective works of art. Please speak to the artist directly in connection with the delivery requirements, the packaging and any possible transport insurance. 11. Data Privacy Protection The collected data could be saved and processed subject to the regulations of the Data Protection Law. This data will be used to fulfill legal regulations and for customer service. The buyer agrees that his data will be passed on to the respective artist. This authorization can be revoked by the buyer at any time. 12. Place of Jurisdiction The court in Munich, Germany, is responsible for all disputes with the operator of www.energetik-design.com.
